Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided
Used, damaged, or opened items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and pet safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.

The following items cannot be returned:
Opened food or treats
Used grooming products
Clearance or sale items
